On the 26th of December 2016, we are carrying out a series of maintenance activities so your Freshdesk account is expected to be unavailable from 1.00 AM to 3.00 AM IST. The tickets which are being created via email will be queued up and will start flowing into the customer portal once the maintenance is completed.
